A career criminal, Barrow had completed numerous heists and robberies. His greatest scheme yet was robbing a merchant ship owned by Barrow's greatest rival, his older brother Matthew. Having never been on a ship before, Barrow asked Seawater to help him and his crew devise a plan.
At the last minute, Seawater realized Barrow was a criminal and decided to sabatoge the entire plan. Barrow's entire gang was captured and he never forgave Seawater for embarrassing him in front of his brother. Thencefore, he has decided that Captain Seawater must die!
